We’ll take you through an individual Wellness assessment process to help you make the most of your new membership, right from the start.
We will take the time to understand your current level of fitness and your fitness goals. You’ll receive a complimentary InBody™ biometric scan to measure your body water and body fat, so you can track progress beyond the scale.
You’ll get a tutorial of our equipment and how to optimize your workout using our FIT23 of smart technology and connected devices, including our FIT23 Wellness app.
